Stock Condition Surveyor - North England
A National Housing Group in the North of England are looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team in the New Year. It is a 12-month FTC contract with potential to progress into other roles.
The main responsibilities are:
* Constantly communicate property needs and customer interests to influence and develop the Local Housing Groups strategic objectives.
* Complete stock condition surveys for the local housing groups properties, estates and other assets against set criteria, specifically the Decent Homes (DHS) and he Housing Health Safety Rating System.
* Update the stock condition database to ensure information held is accurate and up to date.
* Be responsible for the budgetary control of the stock condition activity been undertaken.
