Our Client is a well established services provider who works with some of the top hotels and hospitality venues in the UK. For over 30 years they have provided their Clients with the highest levels of service. With a smart Head Office in Central London, they are now looking for an Payroll Administrator to help manage the Payroll and to help look after the day to admin functions of the business.

With over 1000 staff , you must be used to managing a complex payroll in a fast paced environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES;
Overall responsibility for administration of the 4-weekly payroll by managing payroll preparation; including uploading, checking and reviewing data and completing reports and maintaining records. Works proactively with the Head of HR, the Finance Director, Operational roles and support teams to ensure that the payroll is managed effectively and delivered within the agreed timeframe each month. Overall providing an organised approach to the administration of payroll, ensuring absolute compliance.
