Operations Manager - Really Exciting Fresh Food Operation!
London - GBP55,000 plus
Our client is looking to speak with candidates who operationally have ran restaurants, events, central production kitchens and cafes. This is a fantastic role with a very entrepreneurial spirit - no red tape here.
They are looking for a dynamic individual who has operated multiple p&ls with their own challenges at the same time and understands the operational side of the business through different hospitality revue streams.
You will passionate about food, people and numbers and can really add value to this business. They are opening new sites and really have found their feet, this would be an exciting time for a solid operator with some great catering experience to come on board and help push the multiple streams of the business forward.
Who will you be?
Ideally, we are looking for an Operator who has managed multi-faceted operations under one role or has experience of managing different hospitality streams in a senior role.
People, numbers and food focused
Someone who can work at fast pace and happy to work in an entrepreneurial business
Understand the hospitality scene in London and dealing with third parties
