My client is a global technology company with a broad range of electronic products and systems.
Due to expansion, they currently require an Electronic Test / Component Engineer to join their team. They have a large, multi-discipline, team of design and test engineer at this site.
This is a broad role working in the companies R&D department and will include; testing complex boards, down to component level and working closely with design engineers on component obsolescence.
Skills / experience - Electronic Test / Component Engineer, will include:
-Strong experience with test & measurement equipment - Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analysers, Power Meters, Signal Generators, etc.
-An understanding of electronic circuits / schematic diagrams.
-Research component technologies and provide support to design engineers.
-Ability to work within a multi-functional R&D team.
