Senior Quantity Surveyor -Glasgow Salary: GBP40,000 -GBP60,000
Summary:
My client is looking for an experienced Senior quantity surveyor to join their team based in Edinburgh east they predominantly carry out work across the commercial sector. You will be responsible for budget control and achieving targets in relation to site developments you will be able to manage all cost requirements and work closely will inertial and external contacts.
Key Duties:
* Project Management
* Undertaking cost analysis and repair for all maintained project work
* Valuation of subcontract works, certification orders to facilitate accurate finial account projections
* Identifying opportunities or threats and assessing the financial effect on profit margins
* Client facing
About You:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will have:
Ideally You will be an experienced quantity surveyor who is used to working in a challenging role you will familiar with carrying out valuations and ensuring all payments are correct you will proficient in producing detailed certificates and spreadsheets. You will be a strong negotiator who can communicate well with clients and flourish working within a growing team and also independently.
