Estimator - Curtain Walling / Glazing

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Estimator to join an industry leading commercial and residential aluminium windows and doors company based in Essex. They are looking for an ambitious Junior / Assistant Estimator to join their forward thinking team where they will provide continuous training and career progression whilst working on exciting commercial and residential projects throughout London and the Home Counties.

The most suitable Assistant Estimator will have experience working within the construction industry previously and have good understanding of the aluminium curtain walling, window and doors sector. It would be highly desirable that the Assistant Estimator is degree or HNC qualified within a relevant subject. The successful Assistant Estimator will be working closely alongside the Estimating Manager and will have industry and product training given to ensure you have a successful career within the company.

Assistant Estimator Position Overview

• To provide clear, accurate, estimates to contractors.
• Produce, accurate and clear quotes in a timely manner
• Reading technical drawings
• Use of fa??ade design systems
• Ongoing training and career progression
• Work on projects valuing between GBP500 - GBP4M

Assistant Estimator Position Requirements

• Previous estimating experience within the construction industry
• Good background working with aluminium windows and doors
• Fa??ade systems experienced desirable (Sapa, Logikal, Reynaers, Schucal etc.)
• Ambition to learn and develop

Assistant Estimator Position Remuneration

• Salary GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 (Dependant on experience)
• 20 days Holiday plus bank holidays
• Ongoing training and development
• Pension
• Benefits to be discussed at interview stage
