Graduate Building Services Electrical Engineer
St Albans
Salary up to GBP24,000 per annum + Benefits

Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading engineering consultancy looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join their team in St Albans. Our client has extensive experience in low carbon and renewable technologies across Europe.
Your new role will see you take on a number of new duties and responsibilities. You will be required to deal with projects, predominantly in the UK, from concept stage through design and construction, and then to commissioning and handover - all this will be under the guidance of a senior engineer.
Our client believes indivudla development is paramount, so they'll be looking to train, develop and support you to achieve chartered status.
Some of the technical work associated with the role is:
* Lighting calculations
* Part L Compliance checks
* Liaison with architects, clients, structural engineers and contractors
* Project Management
* Site inspections
To be considered for this role, you will ideally:
* Hold a first class degree in a relevant field, such as: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Building Services)
* Have experience with AutoCAD, Dialux and Relux
* Have experience with Amtech software
