Specialist Town Planning Consultancy are looking to grow the size of their planning division and are currently seeking a Town Planner with around 5 years' post-graduate experience and ideally having recently achieved their full RTPI status. You will hold knowledge of the full planning process and demonstrate experience in writing reports for the appeal process.
The position will allow you to work alongside a Technical Director who is well known within the industry and you will get involved in a wide variety of projects based across the North West which will include Residential, Mix-Use and Commercial case loads. You will liaise closely with the clients who will be from both the Private and Public sector and will also be given a flexible working pattern to enable you to complete the key tasks of the role.
You will be provided with key training in all areas of the planning process as well as helping you develop your skills so that you can start to act as a key witness. You will need a degree and/or masters in Town Planning and demonstrate project experience working in line with the RTPI.
