Compliance Manager- Insurance
Independent Insurance Brokers are recruiting for a Compliance Manager to support the business.

Is a leading independent Commercial Insurance Brokers, who's office is just based North of London in Borehamwood
Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting the senior operational staff in the implementation of compliance frameworks, regulatory reporting and ensure the company remains regulatory compliant. You will also be responsible for handling their complaints processes. There is also a need for the Compliance Manager to get involved in the firm's HR responsibilities to include; the provision of training, both internally and externally and assist to assist in the creation of contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will firstly need a strong background working within the Insurance Market, and have gained solid experience working within the compliance teams of insurers. This is because you will need to be able to have a strong understanding of the processes required to keep authorised firms in line with FCA, UK and Insurance specific regulations. Any experience gained of HR responsibilities such as the provision of training and the creation of contracts is a bonus.
