Introduction

We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Administrator with experience in a financial environment to join our client, Hampshire County Council. We are looking for experienced professionals who have over 6 months administrative experience within an office and financial environment.

Main Responsibilities

* Maintaining databases

* Administering incoming and outgoing mail

* Answering and redirecting phone calls

* Dealing with queries from employees and managers

* Booking meetings and organising events

* Ordering office stationary and supplies

* Producing reports and presentations

* Filing and scanning various documents

* General administrative duties as requested by admin team

Requirements

* Experience in an administrative or relevant role

* Experience using MS Office software

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Good eye for detail and organisational skills

* Knowledge of how to utilise office equipment such as, a fax machine and printers
