Job title: Commis Chef
Salary: 8.40 GBP per hour
Location: Heddon-On-The-Wall, Northumberland
Type of contract: Permanent
Workplace description: Set in stunning Northumberland countryside and its own scenic grounds, this privately owned mansion is only 20 minutes' drive from Newcastle Airport and the vibrant city centre.
Main duties and responsibilities: You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of food to high standards, while maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all times.
You should be able to work as part of a team as well as showing your own initiative. A passion for food is a must and you should be able to inspire others with your flair and individuality.
Essential criteria: You will have a passion for the industry and attention to detail. You must also have an excellent attitude and the willingness to learn and be looking to develop your career.
