Aligned to a specific division with customers the length and breadth of the country, you will work in partnership across all areas of our business, providing specialist coaching and support, influencing and enabling key clients to effectively deliver their people plans.

We are entering a key period of transformation and are see this role as key to building longstanding, fruitful relationships with customers, enabling us to align strategy, increase performance, reduce costs and ultimately grow the business further. There will be key emphasis on change management and innovation and a high level of commerciality will needed in order to deliver effective and strategic solutions.

As a CIPD qualified, experienced HR Caseworker you will bring a wealth of experience, including, but not limited to: dealing with complex ER cases; Employment tribunals; TUPE, redundancy and acquisitions; HR Interventions; Strategic organisational restructures; Job role design; Project mobilisations and change management initiatives.

Ideally, you will have experience of business partnering and building long-standing, effective working relationships which have enables you to influencing and embed cultural change and best practice. Our preference is for candidates who demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their day-to-date work; dynamic professionals who are solution-orientated, focussed and able.

It goes without saying that such a role will call for exceptional levels of discipline, organisation and time management skills. There will be requirements to attend regular meetings at our Head Offices in Suffolk and national travel will be a key feature of the role, however, there will be a primary focus on the north of England.

Key duties and responsibilities, include:

-Building effective relationships to enable integration into the senior management team in order to guide, challenge and influence around their development and delivery of our people plans
-Embedding yourself with the client in order to build knowledge, effecting collaboration and support on research, design and development of HR initiatives in-line with the HR strategy
-Facilitating the creation of an implementation and communication plan into your aligned division which achieves and exceeds agreed deliverables
-Building effective and fruitful relationships with key stakeholders across the business; Working in partnership with service directors and managers, the HR Advisory and Central HR teams and the wider Business Partner community
-Managing employee relations issues including the ongoing relations on occasion with the trade unions
-Educating and coaching the management population, empowering them to have responsibility and capability for managing ER / IR (where appropriate) issues and
