Quality Engineer
Would you like to work for a leading manufacturer who produces products that operate reliably in some of the most extreme environments on the planet?
As a Quality Engineer you will ensure that the introduction of all new projects within the business meet the requirements of the Quality Management system and also to improve the effectiveness of Quality Engineering.
Key responsibilities -
+ Perform internal ISO audits in accordance with the audit schedule.
+ Facilitate the closure of outstanding audit actions.
+ Review failures with manufacturing and engineering and record the output of all remedial activity taken on the live Sequel data acquisition system.
+ Jointly evolve the data capturing systems and collaborate with the relevant personnel to initiate improvement.
+ Develop quality plans, process maps, quality control flow-charts in accordance with internal/customer requirements.
+ Support the QA inspection team to vet Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), Test Plans, build failure corrective actions and providing QA sign off as required in accordance with procedures.
Skills and knowledge required -
+ Engineering (Electrical / Electronic Engineering) / Science Degree
+ 5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing industry
