COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
Commercial Property Solicitor.
This expanding south-coast firm with a pedigree established over 130 years who offer professional development, excellent salary and benefits including a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, death-in-service benefit and many more, are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor, with around 3 years + PQE commercial property experience to join a team of three commercial property lawyers lead by a former City commercial property solicitor, and the benefits from ongoing training and mentoring. Clients include several major banks together with a wide range of business clients, many of which provide ongoing or repeat instructions. The clients range from offices and factories to shops and restaurants, the team has a particular specialism in acting for care-home owners and other healthcare business. Their commercial property team works closely with the firms thriving corporate finance department, and there will be an opportunity to be involved in the property aspects of corporate transactional work.
