THE JOB TITLE: Account Manager (NO outbound sales calls inc 2.30pm finish on Fridays)

THE ROLE OF AN ACCOUNT MANAGER:
As an account manager, you will be working within a small, close knit team (a great sense of humour is a must!) getting involved with a large number of responsibilities that will vary day to day from processing orders to giving out customer advice and everything in between.
You will be dealing with customer base from all various backgrounds, including motor factors, distributors, motorsport teams, OE Manufacturers and the general public. With NO outbound calls you will be responding to calls and orders over the phone and face to face, giving out useful advice and help to any one that calls up to find out more about the products.
Generally you will be working normal office hours, Monday to Friday however you will also be supporting the business at a number of trade shows and racing weekends throughout the year so a passion for cars or the automotive trade are a must!
This account manager role sets up you in an ideal position to learn the business, customers and marketplace from the ground up and will give you a great launching pad to progress your career further within an exciting and growing automotive parts manufacturer.
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR AN ACCOUNT MANAGER:
If you have a keen interest, passion or knowledge of cars or the automotive industry, this is the role for you! Knowing your stuff is part and parcel of the role and you will only ever learn more in a fun and engaging environment.
Open to different backgrounds, you may have had experience working with parts, sales or mechanics.
