If so, this might be the role for you.

Due to the expansion their organisation, Stop Domestic Abuse are looking for a Female Operations Director to join them at their sites across Hampshire. Due to the nature of the role, this position is open to female applicants only. (being female is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010)

If you are successful, you will assume operational management responsibility for all aspects of the organisations services including delivery of services, completion of monitoring and evaluation, as well as identification of unmet / additional needs of clients.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-quality, professional service and ensuring clients are supported with practical and emotional support such as financial, social, emotional, parenting, housing and further education through an outcome focussed support planning process.

Other responsibilities include:
Overseeing the transformation of Hampshire County Council area's refuges and safe spaces
Expanding the organisations services including work with adults, children and young people around domestic violence and abuse
Ensuring all of the organisations operational policies and procedures are up to date, fit for purpose and are followed within all services.
Staff development and training

This is a full-time position with the occasional requirement for evening/weekend work. There is also a requirement to be available to respond to emergencies outside of office hours. You must be able to travel throughout the region and have a clean, Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
