HR Process & Data Officer - Part-time flexible 18.5 - 30 hours per week
GBP22,659 pro-rata (fixed term until 31/7/19)
This is an exciting role within the HR team. You will have a key responsibility for the HR & Payroll system. An important role will be to support colleagues who use the two in-house systems and the HR Admin and Payroll teams.
You will maintain the self-service Portal which is used by managers and employees. This includes the workflow that triggers automated reminders and approval requests. You will be involved in the upgrade of our HR system and the deployment of new functionality. You will ensure the configuration of the systems are maintained to meet statutory requirements and monitor the data quality of information input into the systems.
You should have experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and working effectively across different teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills and a proactive approach are key, alongside strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
