My client, one of Scotland's oldest and most respected property factoring companies, is currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their vibrant Property Management team, based in their Glasgow office.
The ideal person will have great communication skills, be well organised, and have the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Block management/ factoring experience and a sound knowledge of RPM or a similar IT platform would be an advantage. A current full Driving Licence is essential.
Key duties will involve:
??Providing a high level of service to owners, and Residents' Associations
??Carrying out regular meetings with property owners on request to ensure continued good service
??Proactively inspecting developments regularly
??Attending Residents' Association meetings and AGMs (usually out of normal office hours) and taking minutes when required
??Maintaining property records and associated administration systems
??Overseeing daily reactive repairs and maintenance works
??Managing development budgets and any account arrears
??Communicating effectively at all levels
??Dealing with all correspondence and telephone calls within agreed service level timescales
??Working closely with contractors and building good connections
??Co-ordinating project works on developments liaising with property professionals
??Managing insurance common claims on behalf of owners
