This is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial white collar business which has steadily grown in the last five years and is poised to grow into new office space in the next 6 months. The culture is collaborative, professional, and commercial with a focus on continuous improvement and positive growth and change. The company is now in need of strong leadership within HR to manage, coach and guide the operational HR function while also providing strategic HR support to the business alongside the Group Head of HR. In the role of HR Manager you will be responsible for a wide remit of HR matters such as:

• Provide advice and guidance to the HR team and the wider business on escalated ER case work
• Assist the Group Head of HR in devising and updating HR policy
• Analyse HR team KPIs, SLAs and metrics to identify development areas (both within HR and across the wider business)
• Report HR performance and HR metrics to the management team with commentary and actions
• Support the internal recruitment process and the preparation of assessment centres
• Devise and implement key HR improvement projects across the business as aligned with the goals of the organisation
• Work with the senior management team on strategic growth and change projects in the organisation
To be successful in the position of HR Manager, you will ideally possess MCIPD and L7 CIPD certification and possess experience in similar HR Manager or HR Ops Manager positions in a fast-paced, commercial business within a commutable distance from Merseyside.
