HR Co-ordinator, Camberley, Temp 6 months, GBP12.82ph

Tate have partnered with a well-known pharmaceutical company, whose aim is to use science-based innovation to deliver better patient outcomes. They are currently seeking a temporary HR Co-ordinator.

The HR Co-ordinator is responsible for assisting the HR team in the successful implementation and execution of HR and payroll processes ensuring the success of the HR function.

The role is a full time temporary position paying GBP12.82 per hour working normal office hours.

The Role:

* Maintain HR information systems to ensure records management on a daily basis to accurately reflect all changes within the business.
* Support for the implementation of Workday, new HRIS, checking spreadsheets, validating data, liaising with project teams internally and externally to meet deadlines.
* Maintain organisation structure to ensure all people and positions are up to date and fully accurate in HR Core, specifically Org Unit positioning, cost centres and reporting lines. Compensation and Benefits for Benchmarking data.
* Manage all pre employment, new starter and internal transfers. Specifically, co-ordinating new joiner activity (i.e. IT equipment, Pharma covigilance training, DBS checks for Surgical Associates, interview expenses). Providing an interface between HR Operations and Line Managers.
* Manage all Change to Terms ensuring all details are accurate, necessary approvals received and that HR Core correctly reflects the changes made by HR Operations.
* Manage all Terminations by liaising with both line managers and associates. Specifically, acknowledging resignations, calculating annual leave payments, supporting both parties to agree end dates and raising IT leaver requests.

Experience Required:

* Ideally working towards or completed CIPD Qualification
* Communication Skills (oral, written and listening ability): Effectively and efficiently conveys clear, complete and focused information; interacts with people at all levels of authority; tailors messages to audiences and listen to the views of others; effectively presents topics/information to individual and group audiences
* Interpersonal Abilities: Builds rapport and demonstrates sensitivity and awareness to other people and cultures
* Organizational Skills: Prioritises tasks efficiently and productively, and manages time well
* Problem Solving: Takes a logical and analytical approach to solving problems; generates workable solutions and resolves issues/challenging situations
* Self-Motivation: Self-starter able to work independently and proactively on own initiative
