Here at Bedford College Group we're growing and have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Recruiter / Resourcer based at either our Kettering or Bedford campuses, to join our in-house recruitment to support the delivery of a first-class recruitment service for the Group.

As our Senior Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will play a key part in delivery of the people strategy, ensuring the provision of a high-quality, efficient and value add recruitment service focused on talent attraction and candidate generation, demonstrating high-levels of customer service to key internal and external stakeholders.

Our ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience of working as a Recruiter / Resourcer in a fast-paced volume recruitment environment, preferably within the Education sector, with experience of proactively sourcing candidates, using varied resources and media, alongside the following qualifications:

  • CIPD CHRP (level 3) or Certificate in In-House Recruitment (level 3) or equivalent
  • Good all round level of education including GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C or equivalent (level 2)

A knowledge and understanding of Keeping Children Safe in Education regulations will be an advantage.

Contract Type - Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year

GBP25,000 per annum / 25 days holiday, per annum

An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
