Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile? Do you have an interest or experience within recruitment? Then this is the role for you. Our client is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their Recruitment team and are looking for someone ambitious who would like to progress.
The Role:
* Develop and build key relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers
* Maintain excellent communication and feedback to both candidates and managers
* Utilise various sourcing channels such as networking, social networking sites, internal referrals and 3rd party supplier relationships
* Run up-skilling sessions and develop recruitment toolkits that improve hiring manager's capabilities and effectiveness.
* Build and develop a Talent Pipeline
The Person
* Previous recruitment experience (desirable)
* Must have previous co-ordinating experience within Admin or Customer Service
* Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Ability to manage a busy changing workload
* Strong 'can do' attitude
* Customer focused
* Must enjoy working to deadlines
* Always strive to exceed expectations
