Our client is one of the most advanced steelwork manufacturers in Great Britain - a specialist in the provision of steel frames for buildings.
Due to retirement and with a full order book through to Spring 2019, they now have a pressing requirement to recruit a versatile and experienced Workshop/Production with a strong knowledge of (preferably hot-rolled) steel.
This is a modern, forward-thinking, competitive and efficient multi-million pound company with the factory at its heart.
The successful candidate must have a cool head and 'seen everything' mentality that can handle line managing five or more supervisors and general workforce of around 25 individuals + sub-contractors.
You must also be fully MS-Office proficient and happy to pick up other software packages as part of your induction and probation.
Location: Somerset, with easy access to the South-West including Exmoor, Dartmoor, Devon and the North-Somerset coast.
