A Prestigious Property Management company are in need for a seasoned Associate Director with high end, prestige experience, to contribute positively towards their vibrant team in Central London:

* 9am-5:30pm days (Monday-Friday)

Your duties will be;

* Responsibility for delivery of property management service to an agreed portfolio of residential buildings.
* Ensure standard level of property management is in accordance with the RICS code of practice service charge management (blue book), current legislation and any operations manual for the company
* To undertake client care and liaison.
* Oversee and manage a dedicated team of property managers and, potentially, PM assistants. This will include staff appraisals and selection of new staff.
* Act as a point of contact for any complaints/escalated queries relating to all managed staff.
* Help co-ordinate the work of accounts and property services department to ensure service delivery.
* Overseeing and ensuring the prompt implementation of any essential Health and Safety matters affecting buildings managed by yourself or supervised staff.
* Work with and in conjunction with the senior management team of the Company.
* Undertake both internal and external project responsibilities, as and where required.
* Assist in the tendering and decision making processes relating to potential new business.
* Manage portfolio in accordance with RICS Codes of Practice, ARMA rules.
* Attend residents AGMs and directors meetings, and raise fees where applicable; issue draft minutes to Directors.
* Draft and issue Section 20's for major works.

If you are interested in joining their team you first must have experience in the following;

* Ideally IRPM qualified
* Exceptional seasoned experience in Block Residential Property Management with demonstrable experience
* Full understanding and application of Section 20's and budgeting for service charges
* A driven/self-motivated individual
* Excellent client orientation/customer service, with a
* Has shown loyalty and dedication to the role
* Conduct yourself in a professional manner, befitting of the role
* Be approachable and presentable
* IT literate
