We are looking for an experienced business leader who wishes to become a professional Business Coach.
About Us
We are a Henley based coaching organisation. Our purpose is to use the skills and techniques that high performing business people use to help entrepreneurs of all ages and backgrounds build great businesses.
We run seminars, produce learning materials and provide one-one and group coaching for SME business owners
The Role of the Business Coach:
As a Business Coach you will guide and mentor your clients. You will use a coaching framework to help your clients learn new skills/habits but more importantly put them into action to make tangible improvements in the performance of their business and their lives.
You'll guide clients to set their own personal objectives and then help them achieve them. Examples:
+ A business owner who wants to grow his business and sell it
+ A business owner who wants to make the same profits but only work 2 days per week
+ A business owner who wants to expand his business across the UK or Globally
+ A business owner who want to build raise capital and build a team to grow their business
One-to-one coaching consists of either weekly or fortnightly sessions. Coaching sessions are typically one hour in duration and are either face-face or by phone/Skype.
Group Coaching is 2-3 hours sessions every two weeks.
Training:
Before commencing as a coach full initial training is required and will be provided. Coaches are also required to attend regular on-going training sessions to develop their coaching skills.

+ The role carries a base salary of GBP40,000 p.a or between 33% and 50% of fees generated whatever is the higher. Expected earnings in year 2 are circa GBP120k. Earnings are uncapped.
Business Coach Required Skills and Experience:

+ Strong emotional intelligence
+ Strong communication skills
+ Strong interest in other people. (Enjoys helping others)
+ Energy, enthusiasm and drive
+ Experience in either running a business or at General Manager/MD/CEO level in a Corporation
+ A strong personal network of business owners in the community where you live
Location:
The role is based out of our office in Henley-On-Thames, however we expect coaches to out meeting clients much of the time and hence could live anywhere within a 25 mile radius of Henley.
