What is common to all our contentious work is the quality and complexity of the work. What does the ideal candidate look like? You'll have the ability to apply a sharp intelligence to complex issues on behalf our clients, a proactive attitude to work, and a level of personal resilience to support challenging yet rewarding cases. You'll also be confident, with commercial acumen, and be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. If you have at least seven years post qualification experience with tested skills in supervision and development of junior lawyers, then we really want to hear from you. So what makes it so great to work here? You can base yourself at any of our regional office sites, or perhaps you'd like to work at home one or two days week or even be part-time or work just term time, that's fine also. We're keen to help you shape your own career, whether that be as a recognised legal expert in your field, a great team player or a successful winner of new clients. Though we also recognise not everyone is looking to climb up that next rung on the ladder to partner and some just want a stable job in a supportive environment, and we can offer that too. In addition, through our D&I practices and programmes we work hard to ensure that difference is visibly valued and welcomed. Visit our D&I page to find out more.
