Resourcing Group has been retained to manage the recruitment to a number of key Estates, Facilities & Capital Projects roles at Healthcare Support & Infrastructure Services (HSIS), a wholly owned subsidiary providing services to Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust (LFCT).

The Business Change & Transformation Manager will support and provide the day to day lead for Business Change & Transformation projects relating to estates.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide support for estates related business change and transformation projects.
• Support LCFT TAS team in the preparation of competitive tenders, providing them with any sector-specific knowledge and insight relating to property services.
• Provide business change management for Space Efficiency projects ensuring appropriate engagement takes place with those affected by the moves and that the space efficiency team are supported to deliver estates rationalisation targets in-line with the operational KPI's
• Support the development of property services business cases / specifications / scopes to support transformation projects.
• Support the design and implementation of internal policies and procedures to deliver property services transformation.
• Support the development of robust plans to implement improvement opportunities including the identification of milestones, financial benefits, quality and operational indicators, risks/issues.
• Ensure appropriate governance structure is in place for all business change and transformation projects related to property services.
• Provide detailed reports to meeting forums and committees as required.
• Develop communication plans and strategies to support and promote business change and transformation projects relating to estates.
• Lead engagement activities with a wide range of stakeholders to ascertain qualitative advice on deliverables and objectives ensuring consistent clinical and service user engagement and involvement in the delivery of programmes
• Undertake due diligence related to estates matters for all new business opportunities which will include the development of a Risk Register.
• Provide mobilisation management for all new projects working with network and support services colleagues as appropriate
• Support the marketing and business objectives of HSIS, developing effective relationships within the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Partnership.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree in relevant discipline / appropriate experience
• Extensive in depth knowledge of healthcare and public sector
• Good understanding / interest in healthcare economy
• Specific experience in Property Services / Facilities Management
• Previous team management experience (within a similar organisation preferable)
• Proven track record in project management against set delivery objectives
• Experience in public presentations
