This Housing Association are looking to bring in Development Managers on an Interim and Permanent basis. The main objective of these opportunities is to deliver on New Business, Land and Regeneration schemes to hit their ambitious development targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop projects from the New Business and Land teams and regeneration projects to enable new homes to be developed.
2.Lead on the delivery for affordable housing and s106 programme.
3.Initial focus will be on development of S106 Development led schemes and then Land Led, Regeneration and Joint Venture schemes.
4.Manage projects to meet delivery targets
