Project Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator with SC & ideally experience of the MoD/DIO/Defence sector.
Reporting to the C1 SEFM, the job holder shall
-Monitor the delivery of Additional Work Services (AWS) to ensure such works are delivered to an acceptable standard in accordance with the Contract.
-Be expected to liaise with clients and with contractors to ensure that AWS delivery aligns with the clients' brief, complies with statutory and mandatory technical standards, provides suitable technical solutions and is delivered at a VFM price.
-Attend and participate in weekly site progress meetings and Infrastructure Community Monthly Meetings (ICMM)
-Carry out Workflow actions in Maximo system
-Check quality of design & construction deliverables
-Challenge performance issues Report progress to LM
