Chief Security Officer / Yard Manager.

We are currently seeking a Chief Security Officer / Yard Manager for a large organic farm in the South West of England.

This position would ideally suit someone with a Police or Military background. They must be able to use their own initiative when required, as well as be able to work well as part of a team. We strive to maintain a tidy, efficient and productive business and someone with high standards is required to ensure those standards are maintained. Good written and verbal communication skills also required. The farm owns and operates a fleet of vehicles and other assets which would fall under the direct management of the successful candidate. It would be their responsibility to ensure all assets are looked after and kept clean and secure. Suitable accommodation on the farm is available for this full-time position.
