Our client is an established, family-run business that supplies a wide range of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. They are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join them in Gloucester on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

The Role 

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support our client’s Goods In and Despatch activities. 

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will: 

- Accurately pick, pack and despatch orders 
- Organise inbound shipments 
- Carry out stock control duties 
- Keep work areas clean and tidy 

About You 

To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you’ll need: 

- A forklift licence
- A flexible and adaptable approach 
- Good communication skills 
- A great eye for detail 

An articulated forklift licence would be highly beneficial, as would familiarity with MRP/ERP and despatch systems. Familiarity with a GMP/GDP environment would also be an advantage.

Standard working hours are 7:45 – 16:45, Monday – Thursday and 7:45 – 12:40 on Friday.
