What you'll be doing
You’ll be working with adult customers in our Homelessness service who may need support with poor mental health and alcohol/drug use to empower them to fulfil their potential.

You’ll also be carrying out housing management duties to ensure our customers are able to sustain their tenancy obligations.

More about you
You’ll have experience of working in a supported housing, social care or community environment, with a practical understanding of the needs of customers with mental health needs, homelessness and/or alcohol and drug use.

You’ll have a good understanding of support planning, risk assessments and empowering people to identify and achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

You’ll demonstrate a passion for delivering person centered services while maintaining contractual outcomes.  

You’ll be self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to keep accurate and up to date records.

At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!

We will need to take up an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start.

When and where you'll be doing it
You will be able to commit to working as part of a shift system to cover the hours of:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 9am - 6pm
Wednesday - 1pm - 9pm
Saturday – 9 - 12pm
