Salary £18,500 per annum rising to £20,000 after 12 months subject to performance

£25,000 OTE

Monday – Friday. shift pattern between 08:00am – 6:00pm (1 in every 4 Saturdays, paid as overtime in addition to your basic salary)

Flogas operates nationally, we pride ourselves on our customer service, As a Customer Service Advisor you will be receiving and logging requests from client and customers, using expertise to establish the appropriate solution and answer for their specific needs.

The Role:

  • To receive incoming general customer enquiries and orders
  • Dealing with customer pricing and account issues to achieve commercial benefit for the company and complete customer satisfaction
  • Own and resolve complex customer queries accurately and efficiently across multiple services
  • To actively make outbound telephone calls to existing/lost customers, for none taken, asset retrieval and overdue debt collection for Domestic Customers.
  • Calculating and discussing the benefits of Direct Debit use for domestic customers and verbal set up of this facility with associated administration
  • Direct Debit payment reviews
