Senior Lettings Negotiator
Our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator.
Duties will include lettings valuations, securing new tenancies, property viewings, accounts, dealing with maintenance issues and other related administration as a senior lettings negotiator.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic and driven, with experience working within the lettings and management industry and knowledge of associated legalities as a negotiator.
A full clean driving licence and own car essential, plus excellent customer service and communication skills, punctual time keeping, smart appearance and willingness to work as part of a team.
