A growing technology company seeks an enthusiastic Junior Electronics Engineer with a broad technical skill set to join a talented team dedicated to the design, development and test of new radar and surveillance systems and products. With a focus on digital and microprocessor system design, you should also have some exposure to RF Circuits and low level software. Generous Salary Package with excellent career prospects.
You must be a good communicator and a strong team player, but should also be able to work on your own as required. A logical approach to problem solving is expected as is a personal interest in emerging technology.
The Junior Electronic Design Engineer will ideally have:
• Good Degree. Post-Graduate qualification also good to have.
• Digital and Analogue Design.
• Microprocessor design at board level.
• Exposure to RF circuit design.
• Familiarity with laboratory test equipment.
• Some experience with VHDL.
• Projects / modules related to radar or wireless communication systems.
• Low level software design skills.
Applicants must be British Passport holders or EU Nationals with UK residency as UK Security Clearance is required.
Salary will be dependent upon level of experience with benefits to include 25 days holiday, 5% pension, free Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and fruit and after 6 months probationary you will be eligible for a first salary review, private medical cover, permanent health insurance, death in service and sick pay for 3 months on full pay
