Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate with proven telesales / telemarketing experience. You will be joining a team who are passionate about the business and really making an impact on the company. Oheap was founded 60 years ago and have built up a solid customer base and we are looking for an individual who has the desire to generate leads and make appointments for our fire protection consultants.
Working closely with the field sales team, you will make outbound Business to Business calls to arrange appointments. Data will be provided and you will manage the field teams diary and using the internal database, ensure all customer contact is updated at all times.

Job Requirements
•Previous Telesales / Sales administration or Customer Service experience preferably in a proactive telemarketing role 2/3 Years
•Proactive and able to work to targets and KPI's
•Good knowledge of computers and MS Office suite
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and problem solving abilities
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• A can do attitude and a hunger to learn
• It's essential that you're a natural team player, driven to push yourself out of your comfort zone and passionate about completing campaigns to the highest standards, with a relentless passion for getting results over the phone.
• Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads
• Proactively follow up leads generated from sales campaigns
• Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the CMS tool.

• Computer Literate Manage the CMS to a high level
• It will involve telemarketing activities, CRM and admin duties.
