Trade Sales Administrator – Job Specification
Unique Window Systems are recruiting for a Trade Sales Administrator to join our award-winning team. We are fabricators and suppliers of PVCu and aluminium window and doors, servicing local builders and installers nationwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day account managing of new and existing clients with a strong focus on customer care and accuracy of information. The candidate must be highly motivated and is required to deliver a consistently high level of performance and accuracy in all their duties.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and talk to customers and colleagues effectively at all levels
- Experience in maintaining and developing existing and new customers through individual account support
Previous experience in the window and door industry would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 08:00-17:00
Friday: 08:00-16:00
