We are currently looking for a number of electricians to start work on social housing contract
Successful candidates will have experience working on repairs and maintenance or Voids within domestic Social housing
Carrying out repairs (and inspecting tenanted properties)
Candidate must have
• City and Guilds 2330-07 Level 3 (Electrical Installation) or alternative evidence of Electrical skills set Qualifications
Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671 Current Edition
Suitable Asbestos Awareness Training (To be within renewal date throughout the duration of the Contract
IT would be desirable if the candidate have 2391/2393 but isn't essential
Experience within working inside domestic properties preferably social housing
You will be provided with a company van fuel card and uniform
