Hardware Engineer
Emsworth
Permanent - Up to GBP45,000 per annum
A globally-renowned manufacturer of medical imaging systems are actively looking for an experienced and dynamic Hardware Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. This engineering company are small but financially stable with a fantastic reputation within their niche market area. Located in Emsworth, the company offers a very competitive salary, 25 days holiday and a fantastic benefits package.
The successful candidate should be able to work independently in a small engineering team and will be expected to contribute innovatively to product design and development. The team must respond to short term requirements generated internally and by customers as well as undertaking the long-term development of core/new products.
The successful candidate will have the following experiences:
Essential
-Circuit design and schematic capture experience (ORCAD)
-Experience of low jitter clock generation, Xilinx Zynq devices, multi-ral sequenced power supplies, high speed serial links.
-VHDL Design for Xilinx Zynq devices
-Proven experience of Analogue design for high speed ADC/DAC devices
Desirable
-Embedded software development (In C for ARM and USB Microcontrollers)
-FPGA-based DSP
-PCB Layout experience
-Direct-conversion in RF design (HF Frequency range highly advantageous)
