Interaction are recruiting for a Construction Manager with Residential Experience, strong leadership skills and to manage a team comprised of Site Managers/ Contracts Managers. Your main task will be to deliver projects safely within agreed scopes, time frames and budgets, whilst meeting clients' expectations.You will also manage the practical side of every stage in the build on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the workforce, monitoring any subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
Responsibilities
??Attend pre-contract meetings and site visits
??Produce all relevant method statements for the planned work ahead
??Ensure the project is delivered on time and in budget
??Check design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers
??Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
??Maintain regular communication, attending meetings as required with clients, contracts managers, consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
??Deal with and resolve any problems that occur during the project
??Lead and manage the team, including performance management and provide feedback to their functional manager after the project
??Upon completion of the projects, attend close out meetings and take on board any comments or lessons learned for future projects
