* Operate as an IT Resourcer on a well-established and expanding team focussing on attracting, identifying, engaging and supplying suitably experienced IT contract professionals to a team of 14 IT recruitment specialists.
* Join five other successful, positive and friendly IT Resourcers on a team tracking ahead of budget and on course for another record-breaking year.
* Reporting in to a supportive manager and working collaboratively with some of the best IT Recruiters in the business, you will get the guidance you need to maximise your potential whilst developing professionally and personally.
* With a relaxed approach to KPIs, you and your team will be supporting 14 specialist IT Recruitment Consultants.
* As an IT Resourcer working in a positive and professional business where the culture is very much all about providing an exceptional service to both clients and candidates, you will be required to build long-term relationships with prospects to further contribute to the on-going success of this highly reputed business.
* By utilising a substantial database, job boards, social media and other means to attract, engage and match candidates for specific roles, you will play a key role in maximising results and will be rewarded appropriately.

* The division is in a position to consider candidates with IT Resourcing experience or resourcing experience but with genuine interest in IT or exposure to working within IT in a different capacity.
