Electronics Engineer
Salary - GBP50,000 - GBP55,000

Well established manufacturing business who supply to clients around the world and who through continued growth and expansion are looking to recruit an electronics design engineer to join the already established and highly successful multi-disciplined engineering team based in Luton.
As electronics design engineer you will;
* Design electronic products for a variety of major OEM's.
* Be involved in every aspect of the product lifecycle from initial contact with customers through quotation, conception and design to manufacture.
* Large spread of market sectors with the scope for projects being vast, challenging and interesting
* Schematic capture
* Highly developed structures approach to design
* DFMEA and problem solving techniques
* Approvals and validation
* Manage project timing
* Microprocessors 8,16, 32, 64 bit
* Switched Mode Power Supply Design
* FMEA/8D/ Root Cause Analysis
* Programming experience; Visual Basic, Windows Programming, C, Assembler, Software FPGA Firmware
Qualifications and experience;
* Experienced Electronic Design Engineer with previous design for manufacturing experience
* Good grounding in embedded systems software with focus on hardware
* Self-managing and highly motivated with a methodical, analytical approach and a willingness to work to existing design ethics and style
* Good understanding of EMC design requirements
* Experience of working in a relevant commercial design environment
* Schematic capture
* Highly developed structured approach to design
* Full UK driving license
