Fairways is looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist / Associate Director with a proven Recruitment industry record, who has both tenacity and ambition to win new business in a growing recruitment market for our newly launched Executive Search services. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own client portfolio and build an effective candidate sourcing strategy too. This new role requires a proactive and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist / Associate Director who manages time well to generate new business and deliver results. You must be able to demonstrate experience in placing professionals at a senior level in either a contingency, retained or executive search capacity.

Crucially important is a positive attitude and desire to achieve results in an environment where you have total accountability and autonomy to achieve success. Additionally, it is essential you are proactive in leading and managing your assignments, with the ability to articulate often complex briefs to senior candidates and generate market intelligence for a variety of projects.

What we need from you as our Talent Acquisition Specialist / Associate Director :

* Passion in delivering solutions in a sector you love;

* Accountability for developing a pipeline of business and managing senior search assignments through to completion;

* Experience of delivering consistent high recruitment billing revenue;

* Ability to deliver a consistent quality experience journey for both clients and candidates that exceeds expectations;

* Have the 'gravitas' to hit the ground running;

* Ready and able to take on new challenges in recruitment;

* Ability to be part of the decision making processes in the business;

* Willingness to undertake regular bespoke professional training
