To support our growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative Fixed term contract for 12 months to join our team in Bedford. With such high growth plans we are likely to make this role permanent.

The Job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for setting new customers up ready for installation, answering telephone queries, actively preventing customer contract terminations, ensuring all route lists are prepared and printed for the route service representatives and following up on customer satisfaction survey results

What we’re looking for

Someone who is tenacious, positive and energetic; ready to take on each day as a new challenge. You will preferably have worked in Customer Service in an office environment, but this is not essential if you have a strong customer service background. You will have good communication/interpersonal skills, able to work on your own initiative and have good systems skills skills.
