Position Summary Senior Technical Product Manager with specific Technology Infrastructure background focusing on operational and financial management within the Banking industry. The CIB F&BM Data & Tools team partners with the wider group to identify, model, and optimize F&BM processes while working with Technology to develop tools and automation. A technical product manager is required to drive the Infrastructure Management stream, focusing on how GTI currently charges CIB for infrastructure and the data that is available. Additionally, working with the F&BM team to specify requirements for an infrastructure management tool and manage the implementation like a product. The candidate will also be involved in a wide spectrum of other efforts, more specifically, reporting rationalization and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Define and support the Technology Infrastructure group, ensuring it aligns to the overall CIB strategy and that it provides a clear view of technology's delivery against requirements * Identify, model, and optimize F&BM processes while working with Technology to develop tools and automation * Create common set of goals, metrics and key success measures for the Infrastructure Management stream * Focus on the current state on how GTI is currently charging the CIB and the data that is available * Enable the delivery of executive-level monthly governance reviews to all stakeholders * Deliver the communications strategy across the technology organization Skills and Experience: * Technology Infrastructure Background * Must be a confident communicator, possessing a strength of personality and intellect to gain the respect of demanding business heads and senior management team * Stakeholder Management and Negotiation Skills * Solid relevant Financial Industry Experience * Product Management Background a plus * Technology Finance and Operating Modelling experience (TCO) * Requirement gathering and tool design * Hands on experience on Reporting and Business Intelligence Solutions * Must have a collaborative and participative style. Professionalism, sensitivity, discretion and sound decision-making skills allied with the ability to interact at senior executive level are essential. * Ability to prioritize, multi task and drive the agenda under pressure * Nice to Have: Application Architecture background About J.P.
