A leading and cutting-edge tech business based in West Yorkshire are looking for a PCB Design & Layout Engineer to join their large R&D department working in the hardware team. They are one of the leaders in their market and are looking to continue that dominance with re-investing in to the business.
As an PCB Design & Layout Engineer, you'll be reporting to the Hardware Team Leader who is responsible for 6 engineers. You must be capable of working in a cross functional environment working with mechanical, firmware, software and test engineers.
The role of PCB Design & Layout Engineer is cradle to grave and you'll be asked to work independently as well as with other engineers. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running so wouldn't be suitable for less experienced engineers.
Electronics Design Engineer Requirements:
* Degree qualified or equivalent level of qualification
* PCB Design & Layout (Altium preferred)
* BOM administration
* Work with Electronics Design Engineers
* Support & Documentation
* Library Management
It is not essential you have all the skills above, but extremely desirable if you do. The role is flexible and there are areas of development on offer.
