They are now looking to appoint Account Executives who will manage various aspects of Client accounts and will need to respond to their needs and objectives.

Developing and maintaining positive and successful Client relationships, frequent communication is needed to ensure Clients are happy with the service and where relevant, are encouraged to sign up to a higher search package and/or the enhancements to the Platform. Training will be provided to ensure that you have a strong understanding of the Anti-Money Laundering regulations and what clients need to be doing to be compliant and a high level of customer service must be extended to all clients at all times with an excellent attention to detail applied to all tasks.

Liaising with clients to discuss their account and answer queries, you will write client contact reports and record upsells whilst undertaking a range of administrative tasks and organising and conducting training.  Carrying out audit reports and addressing support queries, you will interpret alert emails and develop client relationships to create loyal, happy customers.

Our client is looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills, lots of initiative and the ability to follow procedures.  With a strong attention to detail and a drive to succeed, you will be a quick learner and a good team player who is a keen problem solver.
