INTRODUCTION

I have the pleasure in supporting my client to recruit for a Property Administrator to join their busy team based 10 miles North of Nottingham.

JOB DETAILS

* The position is 5 days per week (1 Saturday in 6 to be worked).
* Salary will be discussed at a later date with commission to be earnt as well.
* You will need to have access to a clean driving license and a car.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITES

* To manage a portfolio of properties for clients who are in the process of buying/selling a property.
* Ensure marketing of all property instructions are done in time.
* Ensure your portfolio of properties have an up to date EPC Certificate.
* Carry out AML Checks before market.
* Handle additional requests including RICS Reports and EPC's.
* Attend client meetings and participate in conference calls.
* Making sure empty properties are inspected on a weekly basis.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED

* Knowledge of the property sales market.
* Worked in a similar role before with experience of being involved in the buying/selling procedure.
* Excellent telephone manner and written/computer skills.
* Ability to work to individual and team targets.
