This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager.
The ideal candidate for this job will be someone with 6 - 12 months Property Management experience, this opportunity is to join a small team within an independent Estate Agency based in Middlesex. You will be in charge of looking after a portfolio of 250 units,so experience in all aspects of property management is essential. You will be negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants, landlords and contractors. You must have the ability to show empathy and understanding and problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.
The skills required for this ESTATE AGENT - PROPERTY MANAGER role will include:
- 6 - 12 months Property Management experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Stay calm under pressure
- A confident team player
- Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships.
- Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
- Car driver with full UK driving license is essential.
