Assembly Operator

This a DOUBLE DAY shift so the working hours are based on a 2 week rota as below:
Week 1 is a 36 hour week running from 2:30pm - 12am(midnight) Monday - Thursday
Week 2 is a 38 hour week running from 6am - 2:30pm Monday to Thursday, then 6am - 12pm(midday) on Fridays.
You should be available immediately, & able to commit to both shift patterns.
These jobs are temporary with no guarantee of the length of the assignment but tend to last at least 12 months, potentially up to 23 months.
Your role will include various assembly techniques. You may be using tweezers, small machines, and electronic screwdrivers or just using your hands. You should be comfortable working in a clean environment where wearing Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, safety glasses etc are required. You will be standing all day, there are no sitting roles.
You should be comfortable working to hourly targets once fully trained. If you regularly fail to hit your targets your assignment will end.
You must be reliable, arrive to work on time every time and keep sickness to a minimum. You must also pass a drug test before starting any job here
